This Cleanser is a mix of oil & water. We always recommend using an oil based cleanser for removing makeup as it really works to lift all the product away from the skin. It is 99% natural & can be used in 2 ways. You can either use with wet cotton pads to remove makeup & cleanse skin or you can use with dry cotton pads which will leave an oil residue to really nourish dry skin.
Ingredients include- Blueberry, peppermint, witch hazel, sweet almond oil & hazelnut.
